During the majority of 2009, I was conducting a major piece of client research and driving a strategy review at forensic scientists Dr J H Burgoynes & Co. Whilst working with the partners there (who are all brilliant scientists) it was necessary to spend significant time working in the insurance sector – and amongst loss adjusters - which was truly interesting. I continue to work with the firm on occasion on a range of profile and account/relationship management issues.
I also delivered a coaching programme to a senior marketer at Acxiom, a leader in multichannel marketing services.

My long association with the leading London portal All in London continues and I regularly write two blogs for them and review restaurants and pubs and theatre productions. During 2011 I was also given the brief to cover news and events in Richmond and Twickenham. More details are in the blogs section.
